April 8 2026 Board Highlights
Ridgemont,
Every year we say it, the last two months of school go so fast and they are! Our students are being tested this month and we thank the parents for their support making this month a positive experience for the students. Our FFA will be shining at their State FFA Convention, and our Quiz Bowl will be shining at their National Tournament, please see their accomplishments in the agenda under A., #3 Hearing of the
Public/Visitors/Commendations.
Our Athletic Director, Mr. Austin Elsasser is working hard to get all of the Baseball and Softball games in as well as all of the Track Meets. Please stop in at the Ridgeway fields and stadium and watch our student athletes compete and the seniors are competing in their last high school sport!
We are looking forward to the week of May 4th -8th, it is Staff Appreciation Week. This is a week we celebrate those who make a difference every day in student’s lives at Ridgemont. Please help us thank the staff and celebrate them all week long with us! The EXTRA they give every day is why Ridgemont is Ridgemont!
The rest of the month of May we will be celebrating our graduates in the Class of 2026! The Class of 2026 list of graduates was approved at the board meeting and we wish them well on their future endeavors! It has been an honor to watch them grow in education.
