If you have any questions, please contact us at 937-354-2441.

Substitute Teacher Application Process

If you are interested in a position as a substitute teacher and have a bachelor's degree, information and application packets are available through the Midwest Regional Educational Service Center (MRESC) at the following link.

The Board approved a resolution on November 18, 2021, for the employment of Substitute Teachers without a bachelor's degree for the remainder of the 2021-2022 school year to help with the shortage of substitute teachers. The Midwest Regional ESC office will be handling the substitute certification process once approved by Ridgemont.

If you are interested in applying to be a substitute teacher, contact Sandy Overly at 937-354-2141 or [email protected] .
