Weather Delay Information

In the case of fog or inclement weather, we may use a "HOLD" (or time delay) in starting school. The "HOLD" is one hour, two hours, or three hours in duration. If school is delayed, children should not arrive until one hour, two hours, or three hours after buses go out. This includes walkers and drivers.

ONE HOUR DELAY - means report to the bus stop one hour later than usual. Classes will begin 9:30 a.m.

TWO HOUR DELAY - means report to the bus stop two hours later than usual.  Classes will begin 10:30 a.m.

THREE HOUR DELAY - means report to the bus stop three hours later than usual.  Classes will begin 11:30 a.m.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE SCHOOL TO CHECK ON SCHOOL DELAYS.  When a decision is made to delay or cancel school, the stations are the first to be notified, our website will be updated, and a message will be sent out to all of the phone numbers submitted to the Ridgemont Alert System.
